Dr. Akin is one of the founders of HealthQuest, P.C. receiving his medical training in Lagos, Nigeria and completing his residency at Harlem Hospital Center in New York. He is an attending psychiatrist for Timber Hills Mental Health Center in outpatient psychiatric care, partial hospitalization evaluation, and medication management for adults, children, and adolescents. He is a Psychiatrist for Parkwood Hospital and Magnolia Regional Health in inpatient, PHP, IOP treatment, and consultations from medical/surgical units. He also provides consultation and liaison psychiatry for Baptist Memorial Hospital and Patients Choice Senior Care Center. Dr. Akin is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and Nigerian Medical Council with medical licenses in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Dr. Saini is one of the founders of HealthQuest, P.C. receiving his medical training India and completing his Psychiatry Residency at the University of Tennessee in 1986. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychaitry and Neurology and certified by the American Board of Managed Care Medicine and the American Board of Disability Examiners. Dr. Saini is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi and currently admits patients to Lakeside Behavioral Health, Community Behavioral Health and Methodist Healthcare Hospital. He also consults at Baptist Memorial Hospital and Methodist Hospital. Dr. Saini is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the Tennessee Psychiatric Association and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. He enjoys working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders as well as chemical dependency.
Lisa is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adults of all ages. Lisa possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. Lisa completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University in 2022 and completed her Associates of Nursing at Southwest TN Community College in 2011. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Tennessee Nurses Association. Lisa is married with two daughters and a tiny toy poodle named Tucker.
Derrick Meadow is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to provide mental health care for patients of all ages and is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi. He finished his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center as a Clinical Nurse Leader, and went on to complete a Post-Masters Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Union University. Derrick has several years of experience caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including at Parkwood Behavioral Health System and St. Francis Hospital. He is also board certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses to care for critically ill adult patients, and has utilized his expertise in caring for veterans at the VA Medical Center in Memphis for several years in the surgical and medical intensive care units. His training and experience enable him to provide a more holistic approach in his practice. He is a member of the American Nurses Association, Tennessee Nurses Association, and American Psychiatric Nursing Association and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing during his academic experience. He also serves our country as an officer in the Army Medical Department for the U.S. Army Reserve.
Madison Pettigrew is Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to care for individuals of all ages through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Memphis and his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Psychiatric Mental Health at Walden University. Madison is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing as well as The National Society of Leadership and Success. His background includes over 12 years of nursing experience, most of which was gained at the Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center and the Firefighters Regional Burn Center at Regional One Health as well as at Lakeside Behavioral Health System. His unique background allows him to utilize a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to providing Psychiatric care. At this time, Madison is seeing individuals at our Southaven Mississippi office.
